1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ph2com," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ph2com platform, accessible at ph2com.vip, and its operators.
• "Platform" means the ph2com website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on ph2com.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with your ph2com Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Services" means all gaming services offered on ph2com, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and bingo.
• "Philippine Peso" / "PHP" / "₱" is the exclusive currency of the Platform.
• "Applicable Regulations" means the laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming, including relevant PAGCOR rules and issuances.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of ph2com is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations prohibit participation in online gaming by persons under 21 years old. ph2com enforces this requirement without exception.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual as a proxy, agent, or intermediary for the purposes of circumventing these terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, gaming exclusion directive, or similar restriction issued by ph2com or any competent regulatory authority.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

ph2com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered or used by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money Services on ph2com, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to registration:

• Each person may hold only one (1) ph2com Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• ph2com conducts Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification as required by Applicable Regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address before withdrawal privileges are activated.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided. ph2com is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or false registration data.
• ph2com reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph2com account credentials, including your login email, mobile number, and password. ph2com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ph2com will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify ph2com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• ph2com will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or telephone. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph2com support immediately.
• ph2com reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity or unauthorized access is detected, pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on ph2com are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph2com supports the following deposit methods for users in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, RCBC, and select over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven (Cliqq), M Lhuillier, and Cebuana Lhuillier.

• The minimum deposit on ph2com is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• ph2com processes deposits as promptly as technically possible. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution.
• ph2com does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Users are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their payment provider.
• All deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. ph2com does not pay interest on account balances.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ph2com Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed. ph2com will not release funds to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your ph2com account details. ph2com does not process third-party withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on ph2com is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction or per day, as communicated in the platform.
• ph2com will process withdrawal requests within the timelines disclosed on the Platform. ph2com is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution, including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, GCash, or Maya.
• ph2com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including review of betting patterns and account activity, as required by anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph2com may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all ph2com bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as determined by ph2com at its discretion. ph2com reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility.
• Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• ph2com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who have already accepted a bonus prior to cancellation will retain that bonus subject to its original terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or pattern betting designed to exploit bonus structures, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of the account.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ph2com is subject to product-specific rules published on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing bets.

• All bets placed on ph2com are final once confirmed. ph2com will not cancel, reverse, or adjust bets on the basis of a user's change of mind.
• ph2com reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using erroneous odds, or placed in circumstances constituting technical failure of Platform systems. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's Wallet.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• ph2com uses certified and audited random number generators (RNG) for all RNG-based casino and slot games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in certified studios.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, ph2com's records shall be treated as conclusive, subject to any rights of appeal set out in ph2com's dispute resolution procedure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph2com. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account permanently suspended and balances forfeited, and ph2com may take legal action where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on ph2com.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any ph2com product.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or insider betting using non-public information on sports events.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other users, dealers, or ph2com employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph2com staff or other users via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2com Platform, including but not limited to the ph2com brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data, is the intellectual property of ph2com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph2com content without prior written consent from ph2com.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to ph2com may be used by ph2com without compensation or attribution to the submitting user.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph2com is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity on the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure maximum loss thresholds per defined period.
• Session Limits: Users may restrict the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from ph2com. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic session reminders are available to help users track time spent on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ph2com provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph2com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
• ph2com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to losses arising from platform downtime, delayed transactions, or technical errors.
• ph2com is not liable for losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor outages affecting GCash, Maya, or other payment channels.
• In all cases, ph2com's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ph2com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time when requested.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee; remaining balances will be returned upon account reactivation subject to verification.
• Any regulatory directive or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Users may voluntarily close their ph2com Account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals that meet verification requirements will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to ph2com account balances, bet outcomes, or payment processing, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact ph2com support to attempt an informal resolution. ph2com will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where disputes involve regulated gaming outcomes, ph2com's platform records shall constitute primary evidence of the facts in dispute.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph2com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ph2com will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph2com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
